4 Ingredients Crunchy Cheese Triangles π§
I have an obsession with crunchy food and I should thank my very first roommate in Brussels for teaching me this amazing and easy recipe. These crunchy cheese triangles are ready in less than 30 minutes and great starter for your dinner parties π
Ingredients:
Cheese (I used goat cheese)
Brick dough (1 sheet per triangle)
Honey
Rosemary
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- Season your cheese with rosemary and honey, my honey was very solid so I placed it on top of my cheese but if you have a runny honey you can mix the honey with cheese as well.
- Place the brick dough on a clean surface, fold it into two and then again fold until you have a shape close to rectangular. Place your cheese mixture on the dough and fold it like it is shown in the video to have triangles at the end π You can tuck the last piece into the dough so the triangles keep their shapes.
- Place the triangles on a baking sheet with a baking paper and cook it until they are golden.
- Serve it with salad when they are still warm π₯
