Ingredients:

200g of half sun-dried tomatoes 20g of basil 1 garlic clove 60g of pine nuts 50g of Parmesan, grated 50ml of olive oil salt black pepper

  • Mix everything in a food processor or use mortar and pestle for ultimate flavors. Put it in a jar and cover it with olive oil. You can keep it up to a week in the fridge to use it in your in your pastas or on your toasts.
