🥗 15 Minutes Lunch - Fast Fatteh 🥗
I think I was Lebanese in my previous life 😄 Enjoy my quick version of fatteh 🥰
Ingredients serve for 1-2 people:
250g chickpeas (cooked) 200g greek or turkish yoghurt 30ml tahini 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste
As toppings: Any nut you prefer (I used pine nuts and cashews) 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 lebanese bread Pomegranates Pomegranate molasses (optional)
