🌸 Gooey Chocolate Cake 🌸

🌸 Gooey Chocolate Cake 🌸

Ingredients serve for 6-10 people: 200 g dark chocolate 200 g of butter 4 eggs 100 g sugar 60 g of flour ½ tsp baking powder 1tbsp cacao

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or in bain-marie. (tip: for bain-marie, make sure that boiling water doesn’t touch to the bowl of chocolate and butter.)
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light yellow in color.
  4. Then loosely beat in the flour, baking powder and cacao.
  5. Mix the two mixtures together and pour into the greased and floured baking tin (20-24cm)
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. After that time, the cake should be just cooked in the middle, you can check it with a knife or toothpick.
  7. Take the cake out of the oven. Let the cake cool down for 20 minutes before removing from the cake tin.
  8. When the cake is cooler, decorate it with powdered sugar and raspberries.

The cake doesn’t rise and stays gooey almost like a brownie.
