🌸 Gooey Chocolate Cake 🌸
Ingredients serve for 6-10 people:
200 g dark chocolate
200 g of butter
4 eggs
100 g sugar
60 g of flour
½ tsp baking powder
1tbsp cacao
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or in bain-marie. (tip: for bain-marie, make sure that boiling water doesn’t touch to the bowl of chocolate and butter.)
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light yellow in color.
- Then loosely beat in the flour, baking powder and cacao.
- Mix the two mixtures together and pour into the greased and floured baking tin (20-24cm)
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. After that time, the cake should be just cooked in the middle, you can check it with a knife or toothpick.
- Take the cake out of the oven. Let the cake cool down for 20 minutes before removing from the cake tin.
- When the cake is cooler, decorate it with powdered sugar and raspberries.
The cake doesn’t rise and stays gooey almost like a brownie.
